This project is a custom built addition / remodel. The original home built in the 1940's was a 2 bedroom 1 bath home of about 800SF. The home was enlarged to over 1300SF. New eletrical wiring and plumbing throughout. Insulation was added in the original portion of the home (older homes seldom have insulation). Even though the original footprint of the home was kept everything from the studs out as well as the roof structure and subfloor is new. By remodeling and adding on this home is virtually like new throughout the entire 1300+ SF. Seldom to contractors go to the trouble of bringing the original structure up to code when they are remodeling a home.
